The agreements, which aim to strengthen the operational links between the two groups are made up of several components: – a minority stake in the company GCE Foncier co-invest (51% owned by Caisse Nationale des Caisses d’Epargne et to 49% by Crdit Foncier), up to 49% in MFC PI – a shareholders agreement which will include the Groupe Caisse d’Epargne to be represented on the Strategic Committee of PI and MFC of be involved in major decisions of the group homes France Comfort – a memorandum of agreement under non-exclusive, to strengthen industry partnerships between the two groups. The implementation of all of these agreements remains subject to the approval of the authorities responsible for competition and mergers and to confirmation by the AMF that no matter the filing of a proposed public offering.
