The social Web has changed mightily the business and work environment. No doubt about it: The labour market has changed in many industries by a provider to a buyer’s market. Also have shifted the work content: the new professions have much with thinking, design, innovate, manage and negotiate. They demand therefore empathy, intuition and people reverse riser knowledge by the employees and of course by the Executive.
